# Deliverables The Deliverables section is where you track all final outputs for a project — the assets your client is expecting to receive. Access it via **Deliverables** in the project's left navigation. --- ## Creating a Deliverable Type the deliverable name in the entry field and press **Enter** to create it. Once created, configure its properties in the row. --- ## Deliverable Properties Each deliverable can carry the following: - **Due Date** — sets the deadline; automatically creates a calendar entry on the project calendar - **Length** — duration of the deliverable - **Aspect Ratio** — format specifications - **Versions** — tracking for multiple iterations - **SRT/CC Specs** — subtitle and closed captioning requirements - **Notes** — any additional context > [!tip] > Due dates set on deliverables appear on the project calendar alongside production days, giving you a single view of the full project timeline. --- ## Deliverable Statuses Track each deliverable's progress through the following statuses: - **Not Started** - **In Progress** - **Client Review** - **Revisions** - **Approved** - **Delivered** Filter by status to quickly surface deliverables that need attention.
