Staff in PAI designates both project staff (workspace users) and external contacts. Use this to share and assign projects and days in PAI. This section is currently being updated, come back later or reach out to our support team. > [!tip] Client contact management > When you add a client contact to a project and choose to save it to the client record, that contact will be available for all future projects with that client, streamlining communication across multiple projects. ## Contact Management - **Contact Details**: Each contact entry includes: - Name - Email - Phone number - Role or title - **Call Sheet Integration**: The grid to the left of each contact line controls call sheet appearance - Each column in the grid represents a different production day - Enable/disable checkboxes determine whether the contact appears on specific call sheets > [!info] Contact privacy > Contact information is only visible to users within your organization who have access to the project.
