Now you can assign vendors directly to line items. Enable the "Vendor" field to to assign vendors to estimate line items. - Vendors automatically carry over to expense lines during budget conversion - Eliminates double-entry and reduces setup time - Field is hidden by default—enable via the fields selector and save your view ## Calendar System Overhaul ### Unified Calendar Visibility View estimate dates alongside confirmed production dates in project, campaign, and org calendars. This lets you forecast potential work against confirmed commitments in a single view. **How it works:** - Enable estimate calendar visibility in org and campaign calendars - View multiple estimate versions simultaneously in project calendar - The opportunity reporting control determines which estimate version appears in campaign and org calendars ### Calendar Export Export any project calendar—estimate or approved production—as a PDF. Share scheduling with external stakeholders without recreating timelines in other tools. ## % Modifiers (formerly Fringes) We've separated percentage-based costs into two distinct types for clearer financial modeling: **Fringes** - Percentage-based costs (payroll taxes, workman's comp, etc.) - Apply to internal and/or external values - Typically linked to pass through internal costs - Appear in print view details section only **Markups** - Percentage-based fees (production fees, agency commissions, etc.) - Typically external-only to generate revenue - Appear in estimate totals section - "Apply to Total" option includes fringes in markup calculation ## New Estimate Fields Four new fields support the revised modifier system: - **Ext Fringes** - External fringe costs for the line item - **Ext Total** - External subtotal + external fringes - **Int Fringes** - Internal fringe costs for the line item - **Int Total** - Internal subtotal + internal fringes _Note: These columns show fringes only—markups remain separate in the totals section._ ## Updated Live Margin Calculations Live margins now display **Total** values (subtotal + fringes) at category, department, and line item levels—matching AICP project standards. Previously, these showed **Subtotal** values (excluding fringes). Markups continue to appear in the totals section as before. ## PAI Tables UI Refresh We modernized UI elements and table controls when viewing PAI tables to provide a better user experience. # Things we Fixed: - Bug causing live margin updates to stall, requiring a user to refresh to see updated totals - App crash when attempting to group estimate line items by vendor - we removed this grouping option for now Question?
