You'll see a new modal when approving an estimate, overage, and generating a budget. - We added a clear way to activate vendors reducing steps to do so. - More to come.. # Vendor Messaging and Document Requests - We included a way to message, share, and receive documents with vendors directly from the vendor record. - This is an early access feature, and you can enable it in your settings page for the vendor portal (Opt-In). - Vendors can review and respond to messages sent to them via their vendor portal. Both sides will receive email notification when new messages are pending review. - Documents templates can be created, allowing users to send a collection of preset documents to vendors using the messaging system. - Received documents from vendors appear in the vendor document area, within the vendor record, allowing for centralized storage and retrieval. # Vendor Portal Tweaks - We removed the "vendor notes" button and replaced it with a tab called "Instructions". This better defines their purpose. If you do not add any instructions, this tab will not appear. # AICP Views Updated - We Added a set of included views to AICP estimates # New Departments Added - We included an update to PAI departments and department groups. - We made sure that all Department Group orders are synced across the sheet, live margins, and print views moving forward. - Updated Department Grouping and their order: 1. Agency 2. Creative 3. Prep 4. Production 5. Wrap 6. Post 7. Media # We fixed some things: - Issue with overage enable/disable switches rendering the overage total as $0 (this was a cosmetic issue only) - Overage highlights were not properly displaying in Live Margins and Budget Totals, this was fixed. - Some users had issues printing call sheets, we corrected this. - We corrected an issue with discounts causing some cosmetic inconsistencies in subtotal placement on print views when they were applied - this was fixed and simplified.
