MVP V0.42 2026-03-03 ## Vendor Tools - Vendor profiles now include a Payment Terms field. Set net terms (Net 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90) directly on a vendor record and they'll automatically appear on that vendor's invoices. Terms only apply to new invoices — existing invoices are unaffected. ## Estimate Sheet - Line items in the estimate sheet can now be grouped by vendor. Lines without a vendor assigned will appear under a separate group. ## Generate Budget - Generating a budget now opens a confirmation modal showing your budget total, the number of expense lines, and the number of shoot days that will be created — so you know exactly what to expect before confirming. ## Integrations - Custom field changes can now trigger webhooks. Starting with the Contract Status field, you can configure a webhook to fire when a field reaches a specific value — useful for connecting PAI to automation tools like Zapier. ## Updates - "Government" has been added as a client type option. - The self-signup link has been removed from the login page. New organizations can request access by booking a demo. - Column reordering in grid views has been improved with a new drag-and-drop UI that makes it clearer where a column will land before you release it. ## We fixed some things: - Notifications were taking up to 8 seconds to load. Load times are now significantly faster, and a loading indicator appears while content is being fetched instead of showing "No Notifications." - Invoice and Timecard PDF print views had several rendering inconsistencies — owned equipment lines were collapsed into a single subtotal instead of being listed individually, column structures were misaligned across sections, and null fields displayed incorrectly. These have all been corrected. - Sorting the vendor field in the estimate sheet was producing incorrect results. Vendors now sort alphabetically by last name, first name, then business name. - The unread indicator on notifications was not clearing after viewing them without a page refresh. This now updates immediately. - The delete button was missing when editing line items in rate views. This has been restored. - Call sheet header information was not rendering correctly when pasted into emails. This has been fixed. Questions? Feedback? Email us at [email protected]
