**MVP V0.45.0 2026-04-17 **Budget** - We added a new field - "Fringe Total" - shows total value of fringes applied to the expense line. - When navigating to the budget, the approved invoice will always be in focus, ensuring your always comparing your budget totals to the approved estimate. - We added the ability to record an outside invoice (not submitted through the PAI's vendor portal) to single or multiple expense lines and send to PAI's accounts payable system for processing. **Projects** - We updated project SOW and Billing Notes text fields to Include a spell check - We added the ability to Tag Projects. - Tag fields have been added anywhere projects are listed, such as the project list, campaigns, reporting areas - Tags can be added during project creation via a new tag field - Tags can be added or modified via a project dashboard page **Call Sheet & Budget** - We added a new field called "Contact" to expense lines in the budget and production modules. Using this, you can add a logistical contact to override the vendor's contact info on call sheets or in other logistical areas of the app based on your feedback. - A vendor can be listed as a payee on an expense line via the vendor field, while ensuring the right logistical contact exists on the call sheet via the contact field. - You can add any contact to the contact field, inclusive of other vendors, users, or clients. **Automation** - You can now create automations from custom fields using Zapier based on your feedback. Reach out to us to set this up, as its not a serviceable item for now. **We fixed some things:** - We fixed issues of "undefined" link text appearing in notifications - We fixed an issue where some users experianced an app crash when attempting to view client contacts on a client record - We fixed a rendering issue where working totals would sometimes not update when fringes where changed in the budge, although the grand total would update correctly.
